On November 19/20, 2016 in Redondo Beach, CA, at Total Access Studios, Troy Spiropoulos and Adam Idell recorded the drum tracks for the upcoming Slow Burning Car album entitled “Defection” with legendary producer Wyn Davis and Steve Ornest.
On November 19/20, 2016, Slow Burning Car will begin recording their fourth album entitled “Defection” with legendary Producer Wyn Davis (Black Sabbath, Dokken, Foreigner, Great White, No Doubt, Pennywise, Guns N Roses) in Redondo Beach, CA, at Total Access Studios. The disc will feature Adam Idell as drummer (Dishwalla, The Chuck Alvarez Band) with guest appearances from Jesse Damon (Ex- Simmons recording artists Silent Rage, Electric Caravan, The Jesse Damon Band), Tommy Marcel (Frankenstein, The D*Maggs), Johnathan Haskell (Seven Saturdays, The Kari Kimmel Band), and Krista Turkoglou Ray (The D*Maggs). Release date is estimated to be September/October 2017 on Trifonic Records.
